THE THOUGHT BEHIND NEUROVOICE: A BI-ANNUAL SPECIAL

Almost six months ago, NRF authors decided that they needed to be ‘heard’ too. Not just by their patients or colleagues, but by the community in general. A series of good quality professional narratives that went unnoticed only because they were not getting published, could not be a deterrent. After all, we were not just qualified professionals but also experienced ‘hands’ working in the field of rehabilitation for many years.
After much deliberation, we revisited the question burning within us – “Why not blogs”? They were articles that covered various topics of interest, with a casual undertone and an ideal platform for the NRF team to articulate their thoughts and passions.
Then came the discussion on the ‘name’. NeuroConnect existed as NRF’s online awareness platform – a runaway hit from Episode 1. We needed to ponder over another cognate. An elegant logo was designed; backdrop modified just a little; feel and spirit of NeuroConnect was retained yet we had something new ; NEUROVOICE was born thus on 30 August 2025.
