The Neuroaid & Research Foundation does not entertain refund /cancellation requests for the donated amount by any donor for online donations made through the online payment gateway, after the donation is accepted by our online payment gateway service providers, unless there is a fraud notification from our payment gateway service providers.

However, The Neuroaid and Research Foundation will, on written request, refund such donations where there has been an error / technical reason for the transfer, due to which donors have mistakenly made double payments or donated an extra amount. Such refunds will be made, provided the donor informs The Neuroaid & Research Foundation via email ( neuroaid2006@gmail.com ) / letter (via courier only to our New Delhi office) and claims her / his refund within 7 days from the date of donation. She/he can expect to receive the refund within 30 calendar days from the date of request. Information regarding refund will be notified via email/letter with complete details. Refund will be made by a/c payee cheque or NEFT only in the name of the donating party.
